The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Based on the results of observations made on one of the orphanages who were used as clients, it can be seen that the client has difficulty expressing his emotions and opinions, the child cannot refuse his friend's invitation to do negative things because he is afraid of what his friends will think. Based on this, it was identified that the client had problems with controlling emotions (aggressive) and found it difficult to express or convey his thoughts (non-assertive). The method used in this practice uses the Case Work Method for treatment based on Therapeutic Community (TC) which was popularized by Skidmore. The more precise language is English because English is a universal language which is used in every country as a communication guide. The basic problem is due to a lack of knowledge of vocabulary and listening skills. Based on these problems, we want to be actively involved in growing the discipline of children, especially in orphanages. We carry out an educational implementation pattern to develop the discipline attitude of the orphanage children. The method of playing while learning will make children more enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. Playing while learning activities also have the virtue of increasing children's interest as a first step in improving discipline. The stages in this service go through three stages, namely pre-service in the form of observations and interviews related to the problems that occur. The second stage is the implementation of community service in the form of counseling and the implementation of educational games that can improve children's discipline. Furthermore, the third stage is post-service by evaluating the level of discipline of the orphanage children. Based on the activities carried out at the orphanage, the children took part in the program well. As for the results of periodic evaluations conducted, educational activities in improving children's discipline are starting to show positive developments. The methods used in this training are lecture, question and answer and practice methods. The number of participants in this training was 50 people consisting of Mataram University students and teachers along with students from SMAN 1 Narmada, SMAN 2 Narmada and SMAN 1 Lingsar. This training was able to foster an interest in writing for teachers and students as evidenced by the creation of several works by the participants. Participants consist of 55 students majoring in S1 Sharia Economics from ITB AAS Indonesia. The lecturer as the speaker presents material about qualitative research methods including the definition, characteristics, and data collection methods such as primary data (interview, questionnaire, and observation) and secondary sources (document), then data validation (triangulation) and data analysis methods (data reduction, data display, and conclusion). The lecturer as a speaker also provides an opportunity for participants (students) to ask questions in the raise hands, Zoom chat column, or live YouTube chat. These Q&A answers show the participants’ activeness in participating in the activity and the enthusiasm of the activity participants in asking the lecturer (speaker) regarding the qualitative research method material that has been explained. The right method will be the initial stage of solving the problems complained by children and the level of efficiency of the method. Orphanage children need a social worker figure as a substitute for the role of parents who should be a place to share problems and a place to get advice as a solution to solve problems. The process of orphanage children in solving problems on their own takes quite a long time considering their immature age. The purpose of this writing is as a result of project base learning activities at the Medan Orphanage Institute. The methods used are observation and interviews in the process of collecting data related to social worker methods. The PKM team conducts training on making financial reports using Google Sheets which provides knowledge and understanding to MSMEs in the city of Padang, so they can manage finances properly. The method used in this training is the lecture method, in which material exposure and training methods are given, where participants are asked to practice preparing their business financial reports, as well as discussion methods, participants and resource persons discuss in solving the problems they face. The results of this activity 1) Participants can find out that their business is included in the small / micro / prevent category from the turnover they get; 2) Participants know that the complete financial statements can help analyze their financial performance, because so far they only record the results of their business with a list of money in and money out books only; 3) Participants gain new knowledge that input using the MS. Excel application can be displayed and controlled online through Google Sheets media, especially if not at the place of business.
