One effort that can be made to free drug users from addiction is rehabilitation. The purpose of this devotion is to know the social work methods that are used at Lembaga Rehabilitasi Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Bhayangkara Indonesia Kota Medan. The method of this devotion is a descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with social worker and addiction counselor that are working at Lembaga Rehabilitasi Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Bhayangkara Indonesia Kota Medan. The results of the study indicate that a standard of social work adopted at Lembaga Rehabilitasi Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Bhayangkara Indonesia Kota Medan is a nine-month therapeutic community method focused on psychosocial changes. The main factor for this to happen is distance learning which makes students spend more time with smartphones. The impact after the pandemic was over, students became lazy to study at school. This decrease in learning interest affects the final grades of students later. This cannot be allowed to continue because it will not only affect the final grades of students but will also affect the development of students' traits, attitudes and ethics. The problem that exists in grade 5 students at SD Negeri 067090 is the decline in student interest in learning. The monotonous class atmosphere with only material explanations and doing assignments is one of the reasons students feel bored studying in class. Team Games Tournament is a learning procedure that provides opportunities for groups to compete with other groups so that students are passionate about learning. In this case bullying at school can have very serious effects both in the short and long term for the victims. In the short term Bullying can lead to feelings of insecurity, fear of going to school, feeling isolated, feelings of low selfesteem, depression or even suffering from stress which can end in suicide for the victim. Meanwhile, in the long term, victims of bullying can experience emotional and behavioral problems. Therefore, to prevent bullying from escalating, assistance is needed to increase students' knowledge about the negative effects of bullying and invite students to make changes. The process of providing this assistance will be carried out through PKL 1 activities by creating a Mini Project. Activities will be carried out using the casework method which consists of the Engagement Intake Contract, Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation, and finally Termination. The focus of the client's problem solving process is to educate students about bullying through verbal explanations, animated videos, making posters, and taking real action in the field. Therefore, the teacher is expected to be able to foster students' interest in being directly involved in the learning process. Participatory learning can be interpreted as an effort by educators to involve students in learning activities. Participatory learning activities imply the participation of students in learning activities so that they can achieve the goals of the learning itself. The purpose of this study was to improve students' reading skills at UPT SDN 064960 using a participatory method. This activity is a field work practice in collaboration with campus programs teaching USU partners for approximately four months of assignment. The method used by researchers is a social work method at the mezzo intervention level with a groupwork approach. This character-building effort through angklung musical instrument learning groups for grade 5 students of SDN 0680083 Tj.Rejo is an activity formed by the USU partner campus program Batch 2 which aims to instill the values of the nation's character designed in the archipelago module on 16 topics discussed. On the basis of these activities, the author also sees opportunities that exist from school facilities, namely angklung musical instruments that must be utilized, namely angklung musical instruments that are still lacking teaching at the school. Literacy and numeracy consist of three aspects such as counting, numeracy relations, and arithmetic operations (Purpura, 2009). As Covid-19 began to spread in Indonesia, the education system in Indonesia changed drastically. The announcement of Work From Home (WFH) which requires everything to be done from home including learning activities previously carried out at school to learning done at home. Online learning is learning centered on the students themselves as the main actors in learning, while the teacher acts as a facilitator and mediator in the learning process. The micro intervention implemented at SD Negeri 066668 Medan Johor is a form of individual assistance service to help students improve their literacy and numeracy skills. The method used is the casework method as stated by Skidmore, Thackeray, and Farley in Adi (2005: 149) as an effort to solve problems and find programs that suit the needs of students and schools. Technological stuttering accompanied by self-doubt makes it difficult for students to progress and keep up with the times. Coupled with learning that is too monotonous, it makes students' interest in learning even lower. There is a Teaching Campus MBKM (Freedom Learning Campus) program that can help overcome the obstacles that exist in various schools in Indonesia. The author here was moved to take part in the program and found a problem where the learning system was monotonous, which made students' interest in learning, which was initially low, grow lower. In this study, the authors used the Groupwork Method with stages such as: (1) Engagement, Intake and Contract, (2) Assessment, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. The purpose of this study is to increase students' interest in learning through audio-visual learning variations such as the use of technology and interactive learning variations so as to increase students' sense of courage and confidence. To tackle the accumulation of waste, an environmentally conscious group was formed to manage ecobrick-based waste. However, the group's limited knowledge, such as the difficulty of drying waste, assembling ecobrick products, and providing education to the community in Bagan Arya Village are things that need to be resolved. Production decreased drastically from 3,000/day with a workforce requirement of 7 people, decreasing to only being able to produce 900/day with a workforce of 1 person. This decline has the effect of decreasing MSME income. University partnership-based MSME assistance aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs so that they can be sustainable. The program carried out is to increase production, namely with a product innovation training program and innovation in cooking methods other than using an oven, namely using iron frying pan equipment. The financial literacy training program was carried out to provide MSMEs with an understanding of the importance of keeping financial records and knowing the production costs required for each wingko production. The method used is lecture training and direct practice accompanied by experts and a team of lecturers and students at STIE Nusa Megarkencana. MSMEs are able to innovate wingko products with Durian, Jackfruit and Banana flavors. MSMEs know of a new way of producing wingko using equipment other than an oven, which turns out to provide better results and is easier. In Financial Literacy, MSMEs can find out how to calculate production costs correctly so they can determine production cost requirements and profits obtained at the set wingko prices. Meanwhile, the main concern is the impact experienced by child victims of violence</em><em>. In the practice of social work, a social worker must strive to achieve evil for the child who is a victim. As a prospective professional social worker, Praktikan practiced social worker intervention with the groupwork method on six child victims of violence. Groupwork methods provide assistance such as self-help groups, achieving common goals in the group and so on.
