The quality of learning is a crucial factor in achieving optimal graduate competence. The activity was carried out on November 7, 2024, at the sewing practice room of the Bantul Tourism Vocational School. This activity took place from 10.00-13.00 WIB. The methods used include theoretical sessions related to the introduction of the meaning of marbling, equipment for marbling with acrylic paint and steps for marbling (fabric mordanting process, making water media, preparing and checking paint, motif making process, rinsing process, drying process and fixation process). The output of this activity is that students and teachers gain new knowledge related to marbling techniques. Teachers can integrate these techniques into recommended learning, namely cultural arts, creative product design, crafts, fabric decoration, and entrepreneurship as well as establish partnerships with art raw material distributors or develop local raw materials. Additional training is needed to improve the final quality of the product to match the tourism market standards. The author who acts as a paralegal has succeeded in holding various community service activities, such as free legal counseling for students to improve their understanding of legal rights and obligations. Holding free legal consultation activities for people who face daily legal problems, so that people can get solutions without cost, aka free. Furthermore, paralegals also play a role in non-litigation assistance for the revocation of change of address files, as well as helping to complete aspects of legal administration, namely helping to draft inheritance statements and sale and purchase agreements, as well as acting as witnesses in the process of making these documents. This activity proves that off-class paralegals not only play a role as legal assistants, but also as agents of social change that strengthen legal awareness in rural communities. By using a qualitative approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which emphasizes the active involvement of research subjects in the process of identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal problems in the community, this program creates an effective and sustainable legal empowerment model. Djong was established in 2021, and is located in Dukuh Tandan RT 002 RW 001 Jatimulyo Village, Pedan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. Currently Djong Larahan has 205 household members from 4 villages consisting of 2 sub-districts. Djong members start from households, cafes and shops around the Pedan sub-district. With rapid development, Djong Larahan has obstacles in the bookkeeping process due to the uncertain monthly fee withdrawal schedule and changing officers in the withdrawal, which results in Djong Larahan's financial bookkeeping. The solution provided is to provide bookkeeping knowledge and skills to the Djong Larahan team, by means of training, mentoring and monitoring. The results of this assistance contributed well to the DJong Larahan bookkeeping system, which currently uses excel with templates made by the assistance team and in the withdrawal system given a cut sheet that can be used as proof of payment every time. Good literacy skills are essential for improving language comprehension and proficiency; however, reading interest among teenagers remains relatively low. Therefore, this program is designed to create a comfortable, engaging, and interactive reading environment by providing reading materials that align with students' interests and needs. Activities include reading assistance, book discussions, creative writing workshops, and literacy competitions to enhance students' enthusiasm for the Indonesian language. Additionally, the program involves teachers as facilitators to instill sustainable reading habits. Through this initiative, students are expected not only to develop a greater interest in reading but also to enhance their ability to comprehend, analyze, and express ideas effectively in writing. This program is implemented to support peaceful elections, prevent potential conflicts and the spread of provocative information or hoaxes that can disrupt village social stability. It also provides education to novice voters regarding voting rights to choose leaders who serve the community, as well as avoid money politics. The socialization stage is divided into 3 parts, namely the preparation stage (coordination with village officials and the preparation of socialization materials), the implementation stage (material presentation), and the last stage (evaluation and documentation). The results of the activity showed an increase in public awareness of the importance of peaceful elections, a willingness to avoid provocative actions, and a joint commitment to maintaining a harmonious atmosphere during the elections. This is because PTM is the most common cause of death in the world at 74%. KKN students in Lokki Village, carried out a free health check-up work program including Socialization on Non-Communicable Diseases, checking blood pressure, uric acid, cholesterol and blood sugar, with the participation of 76 people from adults to the elderly with the aim of so that the prevalence rate of non-communicable disease cases can decrease in the Lokki Village community. This program was implemented on November 7 2024 at the Lokki Village Saniri Hall to carry out socialization and at the Teratai Community Health Center</em> (PUSTU) <em>to carry out examinations and counseling. The methods used are socialization, physical examination and counseling. The results of this activity obtained blood pressure above normal (hypertension) by 39.4%, high blood sugar (hyperglycemia) by 5.9%, high uric acid examination (hyperuresemia) by 33.3%, and high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) by 9.2% of the 76 people who participated. The main problem faced by bamboo craftsmen is the limited understanding in calculating COGS, which has an impact on the inaccuracy of selling prices and difficulties in accessing formal financing. Through intensive counseling and mentoring methods, this program aims to increase the capacity of artisans in identifying cost components and systematically calculating COGS. The program implementation involved a series of structured stages, starting from coordination with village officials, preparation of training materials, to direct practice of COGS calculation with pre-test and post-test measurements conducted by 30 craftsmen. The pre and post test results showed that there was an increase/change in bamboo craftsmen's knowledge of COGS calculation from the pre-test to the post-test results. Reflected when the pre-test was carried out, the average value of 30 craftsmen increased from 52.65% to 70.84% from both aspects of the knowledge given to the calculation of COGS. The technical aspect shows the ability of craftsmen to calculate production costs more accurately. The legal counseling program on corruption, conducted through Radio Maria Indonesia, is part of a community service initiative by lecturers from the Law Study Program at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Medan Campus.</em> <em>This initiative aims to provide the public with a comprehensive understanding of the definition, forms, and impact of alleged discrimination in law enforcement, as well as preventive measures. This research focuses on examining the strategy of promoting student discipline through a constructivist approach from the perspective of QS. This research uses a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research data will be taken from the Qur'anic Hadith, various books of Tafsir, articles and relevant journals. The data collected is then analysed in depth in order to draw conclusions. The results show that the constructivist approach is an effective method used to promote student discipline. The strategies used by teachers are role modelling, advice, reward and punishment systems, habituation and special attention to students. In the Islamic perspective, it is also derived from QS. Luqman verse 17 provides a glimpse of disciplining students through the command to pray, amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar, and always be patient in the face of trials. Thus, the application of the constructivist approach in promoting student discipline from the perspective of QS. Luqman verse 17 is very relevant and effective. This issue is particularly prominent at SMA Muhammadiyah 13 Tomang, where a significant number of teachers face challenges in preparing students for this exam due to limited exposure to effective test strategies. This study aims to improve teachers' competence through interactive TOEFL strategy training. A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating quantitative and qualitative analysis. Pre-test and post-test measured score improvements, while interviews, observations, and open-ended questionnaires explored participants’ challenges and strategy effectiveness. The three-day training covered Reading, Listening, and Structure sessions, applying skimming, scanning, note-taking, and sentence structure analysis strategies. Results showed improved comprehension in Reading (+19%), Listening (+14%), and Structure (+10%). A paired t-test confirmed a significant increase (p &lt; 0.05). Qualitative findings highlighted that skimming and note-taking were more effective than traditional methods, although grammar comprehension remained a challenge. Beyond improving TOEFL scores, this training enhances English teaching methodologies in schools. Teachers are expected to implement the acquired strategies in classrooms and support students' TOEFL preparation. This activity aims to introduce Tokopedia and TikTok Shop digital marketing to Betawi ondel-ondel souvenir MSME actors to increase their knowledge and skills in marketing and to sell their products to a broader audience. The activity method is training with stages of preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The training was held for two days, namely May 29 and June 5, 2024. The participants of the MSME actors were two men. Both have shown increased knowledge and skills in digital marketing through Tokopedia and TikTok Shop. However, due to its unique and limited products, conventional sales have a better impact than through TikTok Shop and Tokopedia until the evaluation period. These MSME actors prefer to use Tokopedia and TikTok Shop to display products in their account storefronts rather than having to live stream on TikTok Shop so that many people visit their accounts. This article analyzes the role of teacher personality competence in the character building of Generation Z, especially in facing the impact of rapid technological development. This study uses library research methods by collecting data from various academic sources, such as journals, books, scientific articles, and previous research reports. The results show that teachers' personal competence has a very important influence in shaping the characteristics of generation Z, which include characteristics such as figital, hyper-customization, realism, pragmatic, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), DIY (Do It Yourself), and weconomist. The research also identified several challenges faced by teachers, such as students' divided attention, changes in learning methods, moral degradation, and lack of literacy. To overcome this, several strategies were proposed, such as the role of the teacher as a facilitator, integrating character education, developing soft skills, implementing project-based learning (PBL), and encouraging active student collaboration. Enhancements in shadow teachers’ competences are essential, particularly to better serve students with special needs and to foster self-management skills through a constructive approach. The program aims to enhance the abilities of special assistant instructors through training in positive discipline and self-management (DOLAR). Training has been administered to 34 shadow teachers across elementary, junior high, and high school levels. Three topics were provided by the three team members: positive discipline, emotional regulation, and stress management. Following the conduct of the community service, it was found that 82% of participants possessed a substantial understanding of the subject provided. Seventy-six percent of the total participants deemed the supplied content valuable, while seventy-one percent believed it could be implemented in teaching and learning activities. Participants in community service perceived the time allocated for the topic and the question-and-answer session as insufficient.
