Iron deficiency anemia occurs due to a lack of iron in the blood or low levels of hemoglobin (Hb) in the body. One way to increase iron intake in teenagers is to develop cookies that use substitutes for catfish flour and green spinach flour, which can be a healthy alternative snack. This research aims to analyze the effect of substitution of catfish flour and green spinach flour on the nutritional content of cookies. The research design used was a True Experimental Design with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which involved 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments applied included the ratio of wheat flour: catfish meal: green spinach flour at P0 (100:0:0), P1 (65:15:20), P2 (50:20:30), and P3 (30:25:45). In recent decades, waste pollution, especially microplastics, has become a major threat to aquatic ecosystems and human health. Microplastics are small plastic particles that are dispersed in various aquatic ecosystems and can accumulate in the food chain. This study aims to assess the abundance of microplastics in West Sumatra waters, especially in coastal areas, rivers and lakes. The method used in this research is literature review. Based on the literature review, microplastics were found in sediments and marine organisms, such as fish contaminated by microplastics, with the dominant type being fibers. Some areas, such as Carocok Beach, Bungus Bay and Purus Beach, show high abundance of microplastics, which is associated with human activities and poor waste management. These findings emphasize the importance of better waste management to reduce microplastic pollution. This study also provides a clearer picture of the distribution of microplastics, their impacts on aquatic ecosystems and human health, and suggests more effective plastic waste management policies in West Sumatra to maintain the sustainability of aquatic ecosystems and public health.
2024-12-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Harmedi Yulian Saputra; Eni Kamal, Abdul Razakhttps://journal.literasisains.id/index.php/insologi/article/view/4412Hubungan Asupan Vitamin E dengan Kejadian Dismenore pada Remaja Putri di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Tuban2024-12-17T10:44:50+00:00Lailia Rohmatun Nazilalailiarohmatunnazila18@gmail.comLilia Faridatul Fauziah3003lili@gmail.com
Dysmenorrhea is abdominal pain that comes from uterine cramps and occurs before, during or after menstruation. There are several factors that can affect the incidence of dysmenorrhea, one of which is nutrient intake. The purpose of this study was to determinate the relationship between vitamin E intake and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in female adolescents at SMA Negeri Tuban District. This type of research is a quantitative study with a correlation design using a cross-sectional approach. The sampel of this study was adolescent girl at SMA Negeri Tuban District as many as 199 respondents selected using the cluster random sampling techniques. The analysis of this study used the spearman correlation statistical test. The results of the study showed that adolescent girl with severe vitamin E deficit intake experienced moderate pain with a percentage of 40,0%. The result of the statistical test showed that there was a significant relationship between vitamin E intake and the incidence of dysmenorrhea (p-value = 0,004). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that one of the nutrients that can affect the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescents girl is vitamin E. The lower the intake vitamin E, the more at risk adolescent girl are of experiencing dysmenorrhea. It is hoped that adolescent girl can implement a balanced diet to reduce dysmenorrhea pain.
2024-12-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Lailia Rohmatun Nazila, Lilia Faridatul Fauziahhttps://journal.literasisains.id/index.php/insologi/article/view/4460Analisis Risiko Kebisingan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 47/VI Kota Jambi Akibat Arus Lalu Lintas2024-12-17T10:53:24+00:00Suci Anggela Febriantianggelasuci@gmail.comFebri Juita Anggrainibhee1901@gmail.comZuli Rodhiyahzuli.rodhiyah@unja.ac.id
The high volume of transportation activity in Jambi City, particularly in front of SD Negeri 47/VI, generates noise that contributes to noise pollution.
