Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Human Resources Development Agency totaling 93 employees which were divided into ASN employees with a total of 58 employees and temporary employees with a total of 35 employees. The sample used in this study was 58 employees with the sampling criteria of all ASN employees. The sampling technique in this study belongs to the non-probability sampling group where the method used is purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study used Data Quality Test, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the calculated f value is 8.578 > f table 3.165 and the significance value is 0.001 < the significance level is 0.05. From these results it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means that work culture (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y) at the Human Resources Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province.
