This quantitative research used a sample of 93 students taken using a purposive sampling technique and a questionnaire and was analyzed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show the multiple linear regression equation Y = (5.978) + 0.528X1 + 0.311X2, which means the Flash sale feature and Shopee Live simultaneously have a significant influence of 26.9% (Rsquare = 0.269, α < 0.05) on impulsive buying behavior in students. Partially, only the Flash sale feature has a significant influence on impulsive buying behavior (tcount 3.512 > ttable 1.990). This is because Flash sales provide limited offers with large enough discounts to encourage the desire to take advantage of the opportunity before the product is sold out or the offer ends. Meanwhile, Shopee Live (tcount 1.773 < ttable 1.990) only helps in seeing product quality live so not all students feel motivated to buy products through this feature.</em></p>2024-07-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Zuchdiawati Luthfi Utamihttps://journal.literasisains.id/index.php/mamen/article/view/3955Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Jaminan Hari Tua terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai di LSP Pariwisata Komodo 2024-07-26T04:34:06+00:00Kadek Wira Adi Saputrawiraadisaputra@gmail.comPande Putu Juniartapande0691@gmail.com<p><em>Compensation is the reward employees receive for payments made to the company, either in cash or in kind. According to Imam al-Syathibi, maqashid sharia consists of three levels, namely dharuriyah, hajiyat, and tahsiniyat. This research aims to examine the history of economic thought on the concept of maqashid sharia according to Imam Al-Syathibi. Using a qualitative approach and literature study methods, this research analyzes primary and secondary sources related to Imam Al-Syathibi's thoughts. The results of the research show that Imam Al-Syathibi's thoughts regarding Maqashid Syariah are very comprehensive, so that the aim of this thinking is to obtain benefits in the world and the hereafter, thus the concept of Maqashid Syariah becomes a guide in the development and implementation of Islamic law in accordance with the principles of monotheism, justice, Benefits and balance of needs, namely religion (Din), soul (Nafs), reason ('Aql), heredity (Nashl), and wealth (Mal). and comprehensive in understanding and applying Islamic law, by combining textual interpretation and contextual considerations as well as maqashid sharia. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique with a sample size of 150 respondents. The tests carried out include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of this study simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with regression Y = 5.346 + 0.171 X1 + 0.668 X2 + e, the correlation coefficient value of 0.837 means that simultaneously has a very strong level of relationship where the value is in the interval 0.800 - 1.000. While the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.697 (69.7%). Based on this value, it shows that the percentage between the physical work environment variables (X1), and organizational culture (X2) affects employee job satisfaction (Y) by 69.7% while the rest (100% - 69.7%) = 30.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included. For hypothesis testing, the Fcount value of 172.250 is greater than the Ftable of 3.06, and the significant value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Thus, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This shows that there is a simultaneous significant influence between the variables of Physical Work Environment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) at PT Aneka Tambang Tbk UBPP Logam Mulia East Jakarta.</em></p>2024-07-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Isna Amalia, Windy Gustia Wardanihttps://journal.literasisains.id/index.php/mamen/article/view/3998Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods involving employees as samples. Various research tests used include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained the multiple regression equation Y = 6.450 + 0.564X1 + 0.270X2 + e. The regression coefficient value on the performance variable is 6.450, this shows that if communication (X1) and motivation (X2) remain constant then the performance consistency value (Y) is 6.450. Statistical test results show that there is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance. The t value of 6.558 is greater than the t table value of 2.011 and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which shows that there is a positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance. Similarly, the calculated t value for motivation is 5.253 which is greater than the t table value of 2.011 and the significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance. The calculated F value is 24.479 which is greater than the table F value of 2.800. With a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Data was collected from 152 respondents via an online survey, and analysis was carried out using Linear Regression techniques and Chi-Square. The research results show that there is a significant relationship of 0.000<0.05 between CRM and the level of consumer buying interest in the book "Get Well Soon". These findings emphasize the importance of marketing strategies that focus on company/product involvement in social or humanitarian issues in influencing consumer behavior. Based on research results which show a significant relationship between Cause-Related Marketing (CRM) and the level of consumer buying interest in the book "Get Well Soon", it can be concluded that marketing strategies that focus on company involvement in social or humanitarian issues have an important impact in influencing consumer behavior. These findings support the Cause-Related Marketing theory which shows that consumers tend to give preference to brands that are committed to social and environmental responsibility. When Cause-Related Marketing is considered very influential, consumer buying interest tends to be high. The practical implication of this research is that companies can utilize CRM strategies as an effective tool to increase buying interest in their products and build more positive relationships with consumers. Further research can be conducted to understand other factors that influence the relationship between CRM and consumer purchasing interest in a broader context.</em></p>2024-07-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Hisyam Syafii, Halim Purnomohttps://journal.literasisains.id/index.php/mamen/article/view/4002Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Esa Garda Pratama Jakarta Selatan2024-08-09T11:07:12+00:00Syifa Azwa Fauziahsyifa.azwa@gmail.comMulyadi Mulyadisyifa.azwa@gmail.com<p><em>This research investigates the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, both individually and collectively. The study employs quantitative methods, sampling 50 employees. The multiple regression equation derived is Y = 6.679 + 0.469 X1 + 0.357 X2 + e. The communication variable's regression coefficient is 6.679, indicating that if communication (X1) and work discipline (X2) remain unchanged, the employee performance (Y) is 6.679. The statistical t-test shows a significant positive impact of communication on employee performance, with tcount at 5.972 > </em>ttabel<em> 2.011 and significance at 0.000 < 0.05, leading to acceptance of Ha and rejection of Ho. Thus, communication positively influences employee performance. Similarly, work discipline also shows a significant positive impact, with tcount at 5.426 > ttable 2.007 and significance at 0.000 < 0.05, confirming Ha and rejecting Ho. This indicates a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance. The statistical F-test confirms that the simultaneous effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance is significant, with F value at 22.894 > F table 3.200 and significance at 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis that communication and work discipline jointly influence employee performance is supported.
