Micro businesses are defined as people or business entities that sell goods and services directly to end consumers to meet their needs. One of the UMKM activities in the business sector is located on Jl. Marendal Gg. Sipar City of Medan has a snack industry called Keripik Pisang Mas Kiki. As a branch of the economy based on the availability of natural raw materials, according to an Islamic economic perspective, entrepreneurs must participate in preserving the environment to maintain the availability of raw materials in nature. We can import from Microsoft Access if we wish, all tables and data or only some of them will be imported from Microsoft Excel. If we import from Microsoft Access, then yes the primary key is lost and the datatype is changed according to the existing data type in SQL Server 2008 and imported from Microsoft Excel. The data export process is the process of moving data from a database in SQL Server 2008, to another database, such as Microsoft Access, or it could also be Microsoft Excel. We can export data from SQL Server 2008 to Microsoft Access all tables and data or just some of them so if we do this export to Microsoft Excel. This article covers how to export and import data the program uses SQL Server 2008. The first step taken is a case study of the Microsoft Access Teaching Schedule database which is made of a link along with the information content. Next, how to import the database to SQL Server 2008, create primary keys and relations to form DBMS graphs with SQL Server 2008. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. In this study, the data used was data derived from primary and secondary data using a SWOT analysis tool. The data collection technique carried out was by observation, interviews, documentation, and dissemination of questionnaires to Lavacakery consumers, totaling 65 respondents. The results of this study obtained a total score from the IFAS factor and EFAS strength having a total score of 2.973, weakness of 0.47, odds of 2.47, and threats of 1.130. And it is known that the difference in the total score factor of strength and weakness is (+) 2.503, while the difference in the total score of opportunities and threats (+) is 1.34. Health services, in this case pharmacies, are growing rapidly because services are adapted to the nature and needs of the community. Especially in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, health services including pharmacies have become a necessity for the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of punic buying and risk perception on purchasing decisions at Pharmacy in the Covid-19 Era. The population that became the source of the sample in this study were the consumers of Buana Pharmacy. Determination of the sample in this study using the accidental sampling method with a number of criteria adapted to the research objectives so that 65 respondents were selected to have met the criteria and were involved in this study by filling out the questionnaires that had been distributed. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that Panic Buying had no significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Risk Perception has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Accountability itself is a form of responsibility towards the provider of resources (donors). The financial reporting of a foundation refers to Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) No.35. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of accountability and the financial management implementation of Yayasan Al Ashola Al Islamiyah Sumbawa in accordance with ISAK 35 guidelines. The analysis tools used include interview results, documentation, and financial reports of the Foundation. The research results show that the research object has not implemented Accountability in financial reporting because only two indicators can be applied by the Foundation. As for financial reporting, the research object has not implemented it in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards ISAK 35 due to several factors such as the Foundation's young age, financial experts who are unfamiliar with ISAK 35, and the Foundation has never conducted bookkeeping and inventory of assets. This research aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of the cash receipt accounting information system at Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Lopok Ganda Sumbawa. This is a qualitative study, and the researcher gathered data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cash receipt accounting information system at Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Lopok Ganda Sumbawa has been implemented quite well. This is because the system follows the operational standards set by the Financial Services Authority. Additionally, the effectiveness of the cash receipt accounting information system, based on Mardiasmo's theory with two indicators, namely results and objectives, is also considered effective. Each coffee shop has its own characteristics and advantages which are used as an attraction to consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the priority order of consumers in choosing a coffee shop in Palopo City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 3 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. In the data collection process, this study used a questionnaire to collect information in the form of respondents' preferences for the alternatives and criteria being compared. The research method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is an analytical method that uses a series of matrix operations to determine the priority order of alternatives based on several criteria with a series of matrix operations to obtain a decision. The phenomenon that exists is that women's hijup shops are facing quite fierce competition, marked by the increasing number of shops and online shops selling similar products. The SWOT analysis method is carried out by analyzing the IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) factors at the women's hijup shop to find out and assess what strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are currently owned. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to the female hijup shop customers, totaling 40 respondents. From the results of data analysis, the total score of the IFAS and EFAS strengths factors has a total score of 3,442, weaknesses 2,720, opportunities 3,348, and threats 2.525. it is known that the difference in the total score of the strength and weakness factors is (+) 0.72, while the difference in the total score of the opportunity and threat factors is (+) 0.82. These results indicate that women's hijup shops are in quadrant I (Aggressive). The Hijup Putri shop is currently in a favorable situation, because the Hijup Putri shop has great strengths and opportunities, so it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist to the fullest. The population and sample used amounted to 48 employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained 1) Competence has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with t<sub>count</sub> = 7.201 &gt; t<sub>table</sub> = 1.677 significant 0.000 &lt;0.05; 2) Work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with t<sub>count</sub> = 6.919 &gt; t<sub>table</sub> = 1.677 significant 0.000 &lt;0.05; 3) Competence and work environment have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with F<sub>count</sub> = 40.478 &gt; F<sub>table</sub> = 3.20, significant 0.000 &lt;0.05. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedures for clearance in and out services at shipping agents, know the process of handling ship document endorsements and also know the obstacles when handling ship documents that are no longer valid. This research was conducted at PT. Riandy Fiesta Ocean. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this study use 4 data collection methods including: interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The result of this study is the procedure for clearence in and out services at shipping agents PT. Riandy Fiesta Samudera is required to be done appropriately and well, the ship document endorsement process requires good coordination and cooperation between agencies, port authorities, and other related agencies. Effective communication and timely exchange of information are essential to ensure the process runs smoothly. A deep understanding of regulations and requirements related to ship document endorsement is required by agency agencies. This research was conducted from August to October 2023. Data collection methods used observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the Cash Receipts Accounting Information System and Billing System can be said to be sufficient but not fulfilled in all components. This is due to the fact that there is one component of the accounting information system for the Tirta Lamaindo Water Supply Regional Public Company, South Buton Regency, which is not optimal according to the criteria, namely Employee Services. If there is one component that is not optimal, the accounting information system is not fully adequate. The data component has not fulfilled the objectives of the accounting information system for the Tirta Lamaindo Regional Public Company, South Buton Regency, as well as the use of a semi-conventional device, namely Microsoft Excel. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative approach. This study consists of two independent variables, namely green marketing and eWom, one moderating variable, namely customer satisfaction and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The sample in this study amounted to 96 consumers of The Body Shop Sumarecon Serpong in the period January to April 2023.The sampling technique used was accidental technique. The data source was obtained through a questionnaire of 18 statements using a Likert scale of 1 (one) to 7 (seven) distributed via google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SmartPLS software. From the results of the analysis, it is found that Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, eWom has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. eWom has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions.
