The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use techniques to draw conclusions (verification). The results of the study show that in Ende Regency, the Ende Lio tribe in Manulondo Village has various forms of motifs. In the process of making motifs there are also only based on the imagination of the weavers and there are also motifs that have cultural values. motifs that have cultural values, namely the motifs jara mesa (own horse), guns sendetu (a group of elephants), rote rego (broken and broken love) and semba (men's scarves or the oversized shawls of the mosalaki ri'a bewa). These motifs have several values, namely Religious Values, Socio-Cultural Values, Economic Values, and Aesthetic Values. As for the efforts to preserve the woven fabric, namely the collaboration between the government and the local community to create an woven group called the Kapokale woven group. It is also influenced by the labeling of drug users and dealers by society. Labeling the perpetrators can have a significant impact. This is because people who violate norms are seen as deviants, because their behavior is not in accordance with the norms and rules of society. The purpose of the research is to explain the dangers of labeling drug users and dealers by society. This research will explain the definition of drug criminalization, drug criminalization in terms of labelling theory, the form and process of labelling, the factors that influence a person to become a drug offender, and the impact of drug criminalization. The data analysis used in the research was carried out with a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, collecting data with in-depth interviews with informants and key informants in the prison. The sanction system for drug addicts in addition to including criminal sanctions, also includes rehabilitation measures to eliminate the effects of drug dependence. Each tribe has its own way of expressing its beliefs. This can be seen in the lives of the Dayak Suiad people who make Bhancak Taun a medium for establishing relationships with Dwata, the Ruler of the universe. Bhancak Taun is one of the rituals or traditional ceremonies of the Dayak Suaid community which is held every year. Bhancak Taun is a form of recognition by the Dayak Suiad community that Dwata's existence is real and influential in their lives. This research aims to explore the concept of Bhancak Taun as a relationship between the Dayak Suaid community and Dwata. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through literature study and interviews. This research found that Bhancak Taun has a deep philosophical concept. The philosophical concept is found in the expression of gratitude of the Suaid Dayak community to Dwata for all the gifts that have been given and a form of request from the Suaid Dayak community to avoid various disasters. Apart from being a traditional ceremony, Bhancak Taun is also a norm of life that regulates the Suaid Dayak community to maintain the balance of the universe</em><em>. Therefore, the role of Bhancak Taun is very central to the life of the Suaid Dayak community. Gawai Dayak is a traditional ceremony that is routinely held every year. This is not only a form of preserving ancestral culture, but also a celebration that provides a forum or place to stay in touch with each Dayak tribe to gather and meet and deliberate together. The community wants to thank Duwato for the abundant harvest. The gratitude is realized with a big celebration accompanied by rituals of respect to the ancestral spirits (Duwato Puyanggano). To explore the Dayak gawai tradition, the author uses the literature method The purpose of this writing is to invite indigenous people to realize that this tradition does need the highest attention and respect, because its existence is also the history of life and culture of the Dayak Lebang tribe.
