Every Community Health Center is obliged to implement (SIMPUS) both electronic and non-electronic which is part of the health information system. One method used to evaluate the success of a system as seen from user satisfaction is End User Computing Statistics (EUCS). The EUCS definition of an information system itself is an overall evaluation of information system users with more emphasis on end user satisfaction (statisfaction) with 5 satisfaction assessment variables including content, format, accuracy, timeliness, ease of use. This research was conducted at the Sibabangun Health Center, Sibabangun sub-district, Central Tapanuli district in 2023, involving 30 respondents actively using SIMPUS with the EUCS method by sending questionnaires using Google Form to the respondents with the research results obtained being that on average respondents were satisfied with the implementation of SIMPUS but not closes the possibility that there are still many problems experienced by users, especially in the dimensions of accuracy and ease of use, with problems with system errors and ease of use which needs to be considered by providing training to all SIMPUS users.
2024-01-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Deby Natalia Simatupang, Theofilus Zagoto https://journal.literasisains.id/index.php/sehatmas/article/view/2626 Hubungan Kebiasaan Sarapan dan Aktivitas Fisik dengan Status Gizi Remaja di SMP Negeri 6 Kupang 2023-10-02T10:13:39+00:00 Rani Riwu raniriwu0401@gmail.com Utma Aspatria utma.aspatria@staf.undana.ac.id Rut Rosina Riwu ruth.riwu@staf.undana.ac.id
Nutritional status is a condition or measure of a person's body condition caused by a balance between intake of nutrients from food and nutritional needs. The results of the research showed that there were several factors in managing assembly in hospitals, namely: 40% of hospitals did not use medical record SOPs according to established regulations, 73% of medical record files were still incomplete in hospitals, 73% of medical record files were returned to the medical records room. in hospitals it is still not on time 100%, and the factor that causes Assembling not to be in accordance with SOPs using Fishbone theory which has the most influence is the Man factor which is related to the lack of discipline of Medical Records officers in hospitals as much as 100%.

2024-01-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Erviana, Noor Yulia, Laela Indawati, Muniroh https://journal.literasisains.id/index.php/sehatmas/article/view/2826 Peran Orang Tua dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Informasi Kesehatan Reproduksi pada Remaja 2023-11-16T06:19:33+00:00 Agustin Mahardika Hariyadi dikaharyadi@gmail.com
Adolescents' problems with their reproductive organs receive less attention because they are relatively young, still in educational status and as if teenagers are free from the possibility of facing complications and diseases related to their reproductive organs. Adolescents who are looking for self-identity will very easily receive information related to problems with the function of their reproductive organs which tend to lead to sexual intercourse. This is due to a lack of parental participation, because they are busy earning a living so they don't pay enough attention to it, as well as a lack of parental knowledge related to their education. This research uses a descriptive quantitative design with questionnaires and online interviews with respondents. 35 teenagers aged 15-17 years who were in high school were the respondents in this study. The results of research from 35 children showed that 80% of parents played a role, 14.2% played a very important role, and 5.7% played a less important role.
