There are many causes of death for women n this world, one of which s breast cancer. Breast cancer s the second largest contributor to the death rate for women after cervical cancer. This disease s a condition where cells n the breast grow rapidly and attack all parts of the body. However, only a small proportion of women perform BSE, namely 25 to 30% of young women who do BSE. This study aims to analyze the determinants of breast self-examination (BSE) behavior n female adolescents at high schools n Kalabahi City, Alor Regency. This research s a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design method. The sample n this study were all young women attending high schools n Kalabahi City, Alor Regency, namely 312 young women. The data analysis used n this study was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis, using the chi-square test with a significant level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (ρ-value = 0.000), attitude (ρ-value=0.000), nformation exposure (ρ-value=0.000), family history (ρ-value=0.000), and peer support (ρ-value=0.000) with BSE behavior. Young women are expected to be able to play an active role and have the willingness to seek nformation related to BSE and do so according to the right steps. Schools and health offices are expected to be a source of nformation for young women regarding BSE through various health promotion efforts, especially counseling or socialization related to BSE.
Mira Kiliana AtaupahPius WeramanAmelya Betsalonia Sir

A good management information system has an influence on the effectiveness of employees' work, including in hospitals. In the pharmacy unit of the Bukittinggi Islamic Hospital, there are several shortcomings in the management information system, such as the input of new drugs that are not directly connected to the management information system at the hospital which causes disruption of waiting times for services at the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management information systems on work effectiveness in the pharmacy unit of the Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi. This study uses a cross sectional research method. The study population was all employees in the pharmacy unit of the Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi with a sample of 31 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis technique is univariate and using structural equation path (smartPLS). The results showed that the t-table value was 1.96 with t-count 0.256, this indicates that t-count t-table means that there is no significant effect of management information systems on work effectiveness in the pharmacy unit of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, Bukittinggi. Based on the r-square, the management information system is only able to affect the work effectiveness of employees by 64.1%, while 35.9% work effectiveness is influenced by other variables.
Dessy AngrainiIkke Sabrina PutriZulfa Zulfa

Stunting or short stature is a term used for children whose height is below average (<-2 SD) of the same sex, chronological age and ideally from the same racial-ethnic group. Stunting can cause children to experience health problems during their growth and development, even irreversible. In the short term, stunting causes a slowdown in the process of growth and development and in the long term it will have an impact on cognitive aspects and the possibility of non-communicable diseases. Therefore, the incidence of stunting is an indicator of child welfare in a country. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Bakunase Community Health Center, Kupang City. This type of research is an analytical survey, with a case control design. The number of samples was 136 people which were divided into 68 case groups and 68 control groups. The data analysis technique used the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge (p value = 0.000, OR = 6.667), mother's attitude (p value = 0.000, OR = 5.808), mother's parenting style (p value = 0.000, OR = 5.093), living environment ( p value = 0.000, OR = 7.538), and the incidence of diarrhea (p value = 0.002, OR = .3.175) with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Working Area of the Bakunase Health Center, Kupang City.
Musculoskeletal diseases (MSDs) are a common complaint because oil palm harvesting is still a manual, labor-intensive and repetitive activity that requires human labour. Due to the non-ergonomic working position, harvesters are prone to musculoskeletal diseases. This study examines the risk factors for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in the agricultural industry using a kind of descriptive analysis and literature review methodology. Five publications were found as a result of a Google Scholar search after a literature search was conducted online at different websites. This research was conducted on 5 publications, all of which were national articles and met the inclusion criteria. To find a solution to a problem, information is evaluated and processed through the steps of organizing, synthesizing, identifying and further analyzing. The findings show that the incidence of musculoskeletal diseases (MSDs) in agricultural workers is influenced by personal factors (age, gender, years of service, medical history, and psychosocial factors), occupational factors (work posture, workload, work duration, repetitive movements and manual materials handling), and environmental factors (work space). Working age is the personal element that is most strongly associated with the occurrence of musculoskeletal diseases (MSDs). Among the workplace and environmental variables that have a substantial correlation with the prevalence of musculoskeletal diseases (MSDs), are work posture and work environment.
Rizki Asih GustaraSusilawati Susilawati

Stunting, also known as short toddler syndrome, is the most prevalent type of malnutrition (PE/micronutrients), which affects infants before and shortly after birth and causes their height to be out of proportion to their age. A chronic nutritional issue that results in stunting in children is insufficient dietary intake. Stunting needs special care because it can harm children's mental development and increase their risk of dying. One effort to build knowledge and skills in aiding in the resolution of dietary challenges is counseling training on Infant and Child Feeding (IYCF). The problem of stunting often arises due to a lack of knowledge and skills in meeting the nutritional needs of toddlers. “The global prevalence of stunting in the world, including in Indonesia, is still high”.
