This martial art is not only a form of self-protection from threats or attacks in the surrounding environment, but also a local wisdom that is still maintained by the village community. This research aims to explore the practice of pencak silat in Gardu Village as well as its potential as a cultural tourism attraction. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used in this study to obtain comprehensive data and information. The results of observations and interviews show that the martial art of pencak silat in Gardu Village has strong historical and cultural values, and can be developed as an attractive tourist attraction for tourists. Pencak silat in Gardu Village is performed only by men and is still preserved to this day. This practice is passed down from generation to generation. This research provides valuable insights into the potential of pencak silat as a cultural asset that can be utilized for tourism development in Gardu Village. Government participation can be seen from the aspects of financing, implementation of activities and role in the decision-making process. Based on the support of facilities and infrastructure in the Petengoran Mangrove ecotourism, the majority of respondents assessed that the support of existing facilities and infrastructure was classified as high or adequate, namely 87%. Facilities and infrastructure that are classified as high according to respondents are parking facilities, prayer rooms, gazebos, toilets, photo spots. The research design employed is a quantitative design with a survey approach. The population used in this study involves all employees working at HR Bali Hotel, totaling 313 individuals. Through quantitative methods, this study uses simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of training variables on employee performance. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to Housekeeping employees and analyzed using SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that there is a significant influence between training and employee performance. This is indicated by the results of the t test, where the calculated t value of 4,992 is greater than the t table of 2.045, which indicates a real relationship between the two variables. In addition, the results of the determination analysis show that training contributes 46.2% to improving employee performance, while the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study. The conclusion of this study is that training has a significant influence on the performance of Housekeeping employees at SB Hotel, Kuta, but there are other variables that also play an important role in influencing employee performance. The study uses data collection techniques such as documentation and questionnaires, including searches on Tripadvisor and other online review platforms. The analysis approach includes quantitative descriptive, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that purchase interest at the hotel is significantly influenced by review quality, consistency, quantity, and recency, with review quality, consistency, and quantity having a positive and significant effect. However, review recency does not significantly influence purchase interest. The population of this study comprises individuals who stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, in the last month up to March, totaling 1250 people, with a sample size determined using simple random sampling technique amounting to 93 samples. Data collection method involved questionnaires analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis results show that room price and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the decision to stay. The regression value obtained is F-statistic of 36.852, which is greater than the critical F-value of 2.70. The strength of the relationship between Room Price (X1) and Service Quality (X2) as independent variables in this study with the percentage of Stay Decision as the dependent variable is 0.871. This indicates a very strong and positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The magnitude of the influence of room price and service quality on the decision to stay is 75.8%. Recommendations from the researcher include enhancing room price strategies to compete with nearby hotels. Additionally, management should consider aligning prices with room quality to improve guest stay decisions. Therefore, the event is required to have a comprehensive risk management strategy to ensure safety, security, and smooth operation. This research aims to examine and analyze crowd control during the religious celebration festival in 2024. The method used by the researchers is a qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The data processed comes from sources who are event organizers involved in crowd management. Furthermore, data analysis is conducted using thematic analysis methods to identify risk categories and the mitigation strategies applied. This research shows that the highest level of risk at the religious celebration festival is crowd control. Therefore, the mitigation policies implemented by the event organizers include contingency planning, training and simulations for security personnel, backup plans for weather changes, and collaboration with various related parties.
