4Role of the Publisher
The publisher is responsible for the conditions under which the journal works. It publishes manuscripts that have passed through editing, peer review, and layout in line with the standards of scholarly publishing. It makes decisions without the influence of outside interests, and it makes sure that commercial considerations do not affect editorial decisions. It guarantees the academic freedom of the editors and the reviewers so that they can do their work independently. It also protects privacy, intellectual property, and the copyright of the published work, as described in the Copyright Notice and Licensing pages, and it supports the archiving of the published content, as described in the Archiving Policy.
