Operational management at DEVDAR Laundry currently faces efficiency challenges due to the use of instant messaging apps like WhatsApp for ordering, one-sided status tracking access on the Point of Sale (POS) system, and the absence of order validation to prevent fake orders and unexpected clothing weight changes. These issues cause order notifications to pile up, trigger repetitive inquiries from customers regarding laundry status, and risk financial losses due to inaccurate cost estimations. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based laundry application that integrates order workflows, real-time status tracking, and centralized operational management. The application was developed using the Flutter framework for a multiplatform user interface and Firebase as the database and real-time data synchronization media, following the Waterfall system development method. The results of Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) indicate that the application successfully unifies all transaction workflows, provides convenient independent tracking access for customers, and assists management in verifying orders, adjusting actual clothing weights, and managing business cash flow transparently.
