Social media, particularly Instagram, has become a non-neutral arena for the production of educational meaning because it involves symbolic power relations. This study aims to analyze how Yayasan Critenous Media Indonesia, through the @critenous Instagram account, produces, represents, and legitimizes discourse on educational achievement in digital space. This research uses a qualitative interpretive approach with a case study design through content analysis of posts related to education and in-depth interviews with three internal informants and three active followers. The findings show that Critenous shifts the definition of achievement from formal academic attainment toward self-development, consistency, leadership, and social contribution. This process is carried out through the selection of narrators considered inspirational and relevant, the inclusion of forms of achievement that are less visible in public discourse, and the construction of audience acceptance of achievement discourse as a source of motivation and a change in perspective. These findings confirm that discourse production in digital spaces is a mechanism of symbolic power that shapes the boundaries of social recognition. This study suggests the importance of more inclusive representations of achievement on digital platforms and further cross-platform research to understand the construction of achievement meaning more comprehensively.
