4. Role of the Publisher
The publisher is responsible for maintaining the conditions under which the journal operates. It makes decisions free from outside interests and ensures that commercial considerations do not influence editorial decisions. It gives editors and reviewers the freedom to work independently. It also protects the intellectual property and copyright of published work, as described on the Copyright Notice and Licensing pages, and it supports the archiving of published content, as described on the Archiving Policy page.
